DrillSteady
DrillSteady is a compact, portable drill jig that swings open to clamp on to your tubing. All you do is drill.
DrillSteady is easy to use, so it’s great for DIY and professionals who want to build a bimini top, boat dodger, add grab rails and more. It fits in your palm (or in your pocket), so it’s always close at hand.
Sound too good to be true?
With the DrillSteady drill guide:
- You can drill a bent frame corner, stanchion or other tubing in place. There is no need to disassemble or remove tubing from your boat. This will save you time and money on cutting and welding (or repairing drilling mistakes)
- A 9/64″ (3.5mm) drill bit is held in place securely (use #8 screws)
- Large, knurled thumbscrews mean an easy grip and tight fit on tubing with diameter 3/4″ – 1 1/4″ (19.05mm – 31.75mm)
- The durable cast metal drill guide body (zinc for DrillSteady, bronze for DrillSteady PRO) will not mar your shining stainless steel
- The sturdy, tool steel drill bushing will give you years of service
- Invented and made right here in Maine
Our *NEW* DrillSteady PRO has all the features of DrillSteady, but with a even tougher cast bronze body. Great for heavy use, we’re so sure DrillSteady PRO will keep up with you that we’ll replace it if it ever breaks under normal use. Just send us back the broken parts, tell us what you were drilling when it broke, and we’ll send you a new one.

Great Product, Excellent service.
These are some really great people to deal with, Quick to respond and most helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Easy Install, functional hardware
I recently purchased 4 Concave fork mounts to install a new Solar panel. The mounts installed easily and are highly functional. The finish installation was quick and professional!
Response from Gemini Marine Products
We’re so glad you find them useful – being easy to use is our bonus gift for you! All the best.
Solar mount
Perfect solution to mount a solar panel on the Bimini.
Response from Gemini Marine Products
Thank you! We do like that word “perfect”…
Exactly as described
Able to install both grab rails in less than 30 minutes once I measured and cut the stainless bars to size, which I used a stainless tubing cutter to do. Making an exact measurement was challenging since the tube was too long for the grab rail but I got close enough to produce a secure grab rail.
Response from Gemini Marine Products
Excellent news and congratulations! We’re so glad you like it.
Almost Perfect
Great Product, good quality. I just wish the hex screw came in from the other side. It has an embedded hex nut so you can’t change the arrangement. If you’re adding this to an existing Dodger it’s just hard to tighten it without removing the Dodger. That’s the only reason for not giving it a 5 star rating.
Response from Gemini Marine Products
That nut absolutely DOES come out, precisely so you can switch the hex cap screw around. Go on, give it a go. We guess that makes it perfect…?
Solar panel mount
Outstanding product. We mounted our solar panels to Bimini frame and also created strapless Bimini and dodger. This is our second order and we are extremely pleased with the products and service
Response from Gemini Marine Products
It was lovely to see your name come up again – we’re so glad these mounts did the trick.
